We offer after sales service including warranty, service, calibration, technical support and spare parts for all HORIBA products supplied by our company.

Warranty

HORIBA Ltd warrants that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship and agrees to repair or replace free of charge, at the option of HORIBA Ltd , any malfunctioned or damaged product attributable to the responsibility of HORIBA Ltd, during the warranty period. The warranty period may vary from product to product. Please check the warranty provisions included with the product to determine the warranty period and the conditions of the warranty.

Goods returned for service, calibration or warranty inspection

All products returned to our office should be shipped PREPAID and insured. Special attention should be given to packing to avoid damage in transit. Contact details including name, return address and e-mail MUST accompany all products returned for inspection. If it is determined to be a warranty issue, the return freight back to the customer will be at our expense.

Upon receipt of the product, a repair technician will evaluate the item and send a report and price quote to the nominated contact person. When the quote is accepted, the work will be carried out and the equipment will be returned with a detailed service/calibration report.

Technical support

Our factory trained staff are able to advise which product is the most suitable for your application as well as provide technical advice on calibration, maintenance and operation of your equipment.
