Our test sieves are crafted to meet ISO 331 and ASTM standards, ensuring top-quality performance and reliability. All perforated plate sieves are punched to the precise nominal size, and many are equipped with a backing mesh to protect the fine screen.

We use high-quality 316 stainless steel fine mesh, which is evenly tensioned for optimal performance, and our frames are made from polished 304 stainless steel for durability and strength. Each sieve is assigned a unique, traceable serial number, and we use advanced 3D laser marking technology for clear, long-lasting identification.

Our sieves are designed with clean, smooth edges to prevent the trapping of unwanted material and eliminate safety hazards. They are carefully packaged with a certificate of conformity and record card for peace of mind.

For fine mesh sizes of 100 μm and below, we apply sealant to create a smooth, waterproof join between the mesh and the frame.
