The Guardian 2000 Series features nine models available in different top plate materials. Round top models all have a 13.5cm (5.3 inch) diameter ceramic coated stainless steel top. The 10.2 x 10.2 cm (4 x 4 inch) and 17.8 x 17.8 cm (7 x 7 inch) heating models have a ceramic top. The stir only models feature a resin top.
