The BTR10-12V is a powerful, Australian-made Tube Roller for 5ml Tubes with 10 rollers. It is designed for reliable and gentle mixing of blood samples, viscous fluids, and suspensions in clinical, research, and pathology labs.
This versatile unit can mix up to 54 x 5 mL blood tubes at once, accommodating a wide range of vials, test tubes, and small bottles. Each pair of coated aluminium rollers supports up to 1 kg and is mounted on eccentric drive spindles to create a gentle tilt and roll motion—ideal for thorough mixing with minimal aeration. A non-tilting version is also available by request, as are parallel roller configurations for specific needs.
The variable speed control (10–60 RPM) allows for precise mixing across a range of protocols. A durable sprocket and chain drive system, combined with ball race roller mountings, ensures quiet, smooth, and trouble-free continuous operation. Powered by 12V DC input, the BTR10 is safe and efficient for extended, unattended use.
