Product Description
Hybridisation Oven HO35 – Compact, Flexible, and Built for Precision
The HO35 Hybridisation Oven is a compact, multi-functional incubator designed for high-performance nucleic acid and protein hybridisations. It accommodates up to 18 hybridisation bottles (50 mm x 300 mm) and features a microprocessor-controlled temperature range of 28°C to 99.9°C, ensuring precise and uniform heating throughout the chamber.
This versatile oven can easily be adapted with a wide range of drop-in accessories—such as carousels, shaking platforms, rocking trays, and static shelves—making it suitable for multiple lab tasks. Its base-mounted roller drive eliminates the need for mechanical coupling, while optional carousels support bottles or tubes of various sizes.
When paired with the HO35C50 carousel, the oven enables speed-controlled rotation up to 20 RPM—ideal for Northern and Southern blot hybridisations. Optional mixing platforms support rocking and shaking up to 100 RPM, transforming the HO35 into a robust shaking incubator for life science research.
A sealed cabinet, double-glazed viewing window, and large LED display make the HO35 easy to monitor and safe to operate. With its motion-interrupt safety cutout and tool-free accessory swaps, it’s a cost-effective, user-friendly solution for any molecular biology lab.
