The cold water used in the process can be efficiently recycled from an optional storage tank, which can be pumped back to the distiller. Our distiller is designed to occupy minimal space and can operate continuously, ensuring a consistent and reliable supply of distilled water. The setup and installation are exceptionally easy, requiring no fixed plumbing or permanent fixtures. Both the interior and exterior of the distiller are constructed from anti-corrosive stainless steel, ensuring durability. To enhance safety, a water leveler is incorporated, automatically cutting off the power supply to cease operation when the water supply is low. - The J-WD water distiller operates on a simple boiling system with a condenser arm for steam recondensation.
- The distiller can easily be connected to a cold water tap, eliminating the need for fixed plumbing.
- It requires a flow rate of at least 2-3 litres per minute for optimal operation, typically achievable with mains pressure.
- A water leveler is integrated to automatically cut off the power supply when the water supply is low, ensuring safe operation
- Caution is advised to prevent the waste water tubing from being submerged in the sink or drain. The tubing should always maintain a lower position than the distiller to prevent back-pressure and potential overflow.
NOTE that tubing for water flow is not supplied with the unit and needs to be sourced separately.t - There are optional accessories available, such as a 100L stainless steel pumping reservoir or a 50L storage tank. This can be purchased separately for pumping or storing water. Alternatively, carboys or containers underneath the water outlet can be used to collect the distillate.
